• Hard hat

Prequalification Required: All bidders must prequalify online at TradeTapp before
submitting a bid.

MBE Participation: This project has a 35% MBE participation goal, with subgoals of 8%
African-American and 11% Woman-Owned Businesses. Only MDOT-certified MBEs will
count toward the goal.

Prevailing Wages: This project requires compliance with prevailing wage rates.

Bid Submission: Bids must be submitted via BuildingConnected and are due at noon on December 17, 2025
