
State, city and community leaders will gather with Baltimore City Public Schools students and representatives to celebrate a ribbon cutting for the newest building in the 21st Century School Buildings Program

Approximately 60 state employees from several agencies will volunteer side-by-side for heavy-duty gardening, clearing brush, installing gravel walkways, removing graffiti, and picking-up trash at popular Baltimore City park and historic site.
